ICT (“INTERNAL COMPLIANCE TEST”)

As a result of our extensive experience providing advisory services in various areas related to compliance control, we have developed a service called Internal Compliance Test (“ICT”). This test allows us to identify compliance issues that might be reducing the value of companies.

The aim of this work is to conduct a basic survey through a series of questionnaires and validation tests that will determine the level of the organization’s compliance in various modules related to corporate governance, accounting and financial information, tax, social security, insurance, foreign exchange regulations, customs regulations, information technology, processes and procedures, contractor control, and internal control.

This is a brief process, primarily based on interviews with key personnel and certain essential field tasks for the diagnostic work. These tasks are carried out by partners, associates, and senior firm personnel, who are highly qualified and trained in compliance.
