ACTING AS ACCOUNTING EXPERTS

We advise our clients as experts or technical consultants on behalf of parties in trials or arbitrations, whether in criminal, commercial, civil or administrative matters. Our participation consists of collaborating in the entire judicial or arbitration process, assisting our clients and their lawyers in the preparation of the pertinent legal briefs, the drafting of the points of accounting expertise, the preparation of the accounting evidence and representation of the party in the development of expertise, the evaluation of the opposing party’s evidence and the preparation of the expert report and its adequate defense. We have participated as technical consultants in arbitration proceedings carried out before the International Chamber of Commerce, ICSID, Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and in arbitration proceedings under rules established by the parties and substantiated before other Arbitration Courts abroad.
